What should I do if a player is abusive?

Chat abuse is a matter we take seriously at Spartan Poker. Our aim is to provide a fun and enjoyable environment for all players and abusive chat is disruptive to that.

Please refrain from responding to an abusive player. If you come across of any such incident, you need to inform us by sending an email to [email protected] with a screenshot of the chat screen.
Kindly note, 1st instance of chat abuse will result in a 1 week ban on chat privileges. 2nd instance of chat abuse results in a one month ban and 3rd instance will lead to a lifetime ban on chat privileges.
