In rare cases, player deposits do not automatically reflect in Spartan Poker account. This can be due to an issue in the internet connection during the payment process and/or an error at the payment gateway's end.

Any deposit which is failed from the payment gateway will be refunded in the account within a period of 7-8 Working days depending on the Bank.

UPI payments take Min 30-45 Days to refund.
