3. There will be 1 winner of the One 2 ka 4 Leaderboard.

4. 50K Leaderboard package consists of 2 Days & 3 Nights, including flight.

5. After winning the leaderboard, the player will get a call from a Spartan Representative to confirm on their winning.

6. Post confirmation, the player will need to share his/her travel details - Name, Identity Proof, Dates of travel - with the Spartan team via an email to initiate the travel arrangements and accommodate the request.

7. The player can avail the Goa package within 3 months from the date of winning.

8. The Goa package cannot be re-imbursed or refunded or converted to bonus or real money under any circumstance.

9. Spartan Poker reserves the right to deny/defer the accommodation request in case of no availability.

10. The Package details are as followed: Flights - Round Trip - ₹15000 Hotel - 2 Nights & 3 Days - ₹25000 Bankroll to play at Big Daddy Casino - ₹10000

11. The costs incurred in real time while completing the flights and hotel booking for the winner, in case does not amount to the details mentioned above, will not be refunded to the user. For example, if the flight tickets came to the cost of ₹14000, the remaining amount of ₹1000 shall not be the subject of refund to the winner.
