Terms and Conditions:

1. The winner of the live streamed final table will be connected to the stream once the tournament is over.

2. All the IOPC event winners and/or players who qualify for the final 8 (eight) of the IOPC Tournament which would be livestreamed hereby agree and consent to:

i. Submit their full name, photographs, interviews with Spartan Poker or any other media, cards etc. and all other information as may be deemed necessary for the purposes of this event, its promotions and publications, testimonials for website etc.

ii. The organisers reserve the right at its sole discretion to take any action including termination and disqualification of the player and/or winner(s), if the player and/or winner(s) fails to comply with any of the T&C.

These T&C are in addition and not in derogation to the rules, regulations, and other terms and conditions of the IOPC January 2021 event.

3. All events in the IOPC carry points only for the IOPC leaderboard.

4. Destiny IOPC Edition – From 18th Jan 2021 to 29th Jan 2021, 50K shall be removed from prize money of the winner of these tournaments & will be given a ticket for the SnG for Destiny IOPC Edition scheduled on 31st July 2020.

5. For Destiny 18.0 on the 20th Jan 2021 & 27th Jan 2021, 1 Lakh shall be removed from prize money of the winner of these tournaments & will be given a ticket for the SnG for Destiny 18.0 .

6. The leader board pay-out will be credited after the conclusion of IOPC as 50% Bonus money & 50% Power Bonus.

7. A player needs to earn 50 VIP Points to unlock 1000 Power Bonus. 8) IOPC satellites do not carry points for any leader board.

9) All the IOPC event winners must give their name, picture and interview (if required) to media.

10) LB Tournament Formula: - 10*(sqrt(Entries)/sqrt(PlayerPlace))*(1+log(TournamentBuyinConverted+0.25))

11) Points will only be awarded to the player who win prizes (in the money)

12) Players will be unable to make Re-Entries in Prize Zone

13) Number of tournaments on the website leader board references number of entries taken in tournaments (this does not impact points)

16) IOPC Crown - A luxurious 18K Pure Gold, Crown possession with VVS-VS Diamonds & other gemstones. Also, TDS associated with the crown will be borne by Spartan Poker.

17) All pictures used are for visual illustration purposes only and the final product may vary.

18) The Final Table will be live streamed on various social platforms with a lag of 30 mins to ensure seamless & fair gameplay.

19) People aged 18 years and above can take part in the promotion where it is legally permitted.

20) The Company reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify any promotion/offer or any part thereof at its sole discretion at any time during its validity

21) Participation in a promotion shall be treated as unconditional acceptance by the participant to all the applicable terms and conditions mentioned herein.

22) The Company reserves the right to end any promotional offer at any time, without providing notice, reason, or justification.
