 HOW TO REDEEM?

1. Player needs to send an email to “prizes@spartanpoker.com” in order to redeem prizes

2. Support will check to confirm if players have required Treasure points for the prize requested.

3. Upon confirmation, said points will be removed from the player's account and player will be notified of the points deduction and the requested prize will be shipped to the player or BM/TM/Cash & Tickets will be added to the player account.

4. A player can redeem multiple prizes in a calendar month.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

1. Players can switch between the Treasure and Cash Programs any time without any restrictions or loss of points.

2. To switch from Treasure to Cash, player needs to opt-in with code: CASH

3. To switch from Cash to Treasure, player needs to opt-in with code: TREASURE

4. Upon switching, player will automatically be opted out of the Royalty program previously opted in for.

5. All prizes like cars, mobile, tv, etc will not attract any TDS from players & will be borne by Spartan Poker.

6. If OPT-IN code is not used, then the player will not be eligible for this promotion.

7. Treasure Points accrued will be deducted by Spartan Poker in order to make player eligible for the prize.

8. Treasure points will be calculated only for the period the player remained Opted in for Treasure.

9. Car prize will be ex-showroom basis as per players registered address.

10. Prizes cannot be converted to Real Cash/Bonus Money and are not transferable.

11. Bonus Money/Real Cash/Tournament tickets & Tournament Money will be credited in 24-48 Hours.

12. Tournament Tickets & Bonus Money will expire if not used within 2 months.

13. Real Cash Prizes will be credited to your player account. Standard withdrawal policies apply.

14.Bonus Money can be used on both ring games & tournament tables.

15.Game bonus can only be used in Ring Game tables.

16.All prizes are subject to availability at the time of claiming the prize & Spartan Poker reserves the right to offer a similar valued product.
